Pretty Pastels Card for Cards in Envy

There’s just something about pastel colors.  So soft, so pretty and so very Spring like.  The theme for the card challenge starting this week for Cards in Envy is PRETTY PASTELS.  I decided to make a “Thinking of You” card and just use pretty pastel patterns and papers along with pretty ribbon.  Here’s the list of supplies I used:

  • Color Box 12×12 “Homespun” Papers
  • Celebrate Ribbon & Lace
  • Lace Border Punch
  • Black Tuxedo Memento Ink
  • Acrylic Sentiment Stamp from Papertrey Ink, “Vintage Picnic Sayings”

I’m loving making these simple, quick but pretty cards.  Do you like to make simple cards?  Your card does not have to be simple to be in the Cards in Envy challenge but it does have to be made from Pretty Pastels.  I hope you’ll join us!

Happy Crafting!
